its not the top speed its the revs, if your on 100k roads alot it will sit at 2500+ which is a bit much for me. Short diffs are fun for a muck around/weekend car.

I run 4.11 and 3.7 and they are very much different that is for sure .

411 with manual at 100 is fine for me on ea . but anything over isnt good .
3.7 is good too but thats in my turbo car .

every falcon i have had has been a pig off the line inc my current au3 xr8 220 auto and my last eb v8 turbo auto. the turbo had 3.9 gears but due to turbo lag didn't spin the wheels until 5 secs after i took off and the au xr8 has 3.45's and will not spin the wheels unless you use the brake

buy a manual or put on a supercharger

the AU sits at 110kmh on 2400rpm

if i keep the au i will bolt on a paxton charger from the states ($3500 shipped new)
not huge power but heaps of torque

mines spins all the way to 100ks if i stomp it, you can make them take of quick
