i got a EF Manual Conversion kit including the manual ECU for $770, plus $700 labor to install...
i would've attempted it myself except the lack of time...had my dads car for 1 week, would've taken me longer than that to install it and to find people to assist me. all up took 2 days (put in on the Monday, get it back the Tuesday arvo!) it was one of the best mods ever! extremely happy with it!

yikes 700 labour! although you did get an excellent price for the conversion though
