Good Day folks

My trans has delayed up shifts and down shifts it seems to shift down 2 gears when only 1 is required, as on only light to medium throttle applications in economy mode and its worse in power mode also!
i have today serviced the trans ie: changed the oil and filter but to no avail.
any ideas? a solenoid or switch of some sort?
there was no bits of metal or anything unusual in the oil or in the bottom of the pan?
any help will be greatly appreciated.
