All BF/BF2's with the 6 speed ZF auto get a 2.73 rear end.

I'm getting mine swapped tomorrow for a 3.45 with a tight rebuilt LSD. :D

Of F@#$ yeah!

3.08 to 3.45 on my EL was a great improvement, and so is this on my GT-P.

I'll have to organise some 1/4 times. But just around town it's so much more responsive. The ZF seems to have adjusted fine to it. It's not hitting the limiter before changing, and speeds/revs where previously 6th was locked out, are now available. Smart box.

6T, XR8, and FPVs get a Borg Warner M86 diff, the rest a Borg Warner M78

So gears aren't swappable between them, and the LSD (standard on the 86, optional on the 78) are done differently. One with clutches, the other cones. I can't remember which way is which.
