Are the BA and E series BTR's the same electrically?

i gather they would be seeing as its such a s**t why bother changing it..

In theory could a BA BTR run in an e series, electrically?

No, I tried the conversion and failed miserably.
The solenoid wiring is different to start with and where I am is I think the solenoids are different impedance. I got everything going except the first gear, it took of in second only to hit first at around 40k's. I have AU solenoids I was going to try next but after 3 attempts I am over tring to install mine.
