Hey guys new to this site, my xr6 has been leaking clutch fluid started off small but has been getting worse and worse i checked it this morning and it needed a top up filled it up started driving to work got out the road went to change gear and i had no clutch!! I filled it back up pumped it a few times and got it home checked fluid when i got home and it was almost empty....Any ideas ?? Cheers james

Whee is it leaking from? Could be anywhere from the master cylinder to the throw out bearing/slave cylinder. Try to see where it's leaking but I would go the slave cylinder I have done a few of these and it's a gearbox off job.

yeah its leaking from the bell housing so the slave cyl?.. you wouldnt have any info on after market parts if possible? where to get, how much etc.. ive been reading and this sounds pretty common with these models, cheers mate

Not to sure about aftermarket but the slave cylinder in these is combined with the throw out bearing, I have only ever dealt with the genuine ford part sorry
