Gday everyone,

The BA is in a bit of a bad mood at the moment and has decided it dosent like 5th gear anymore, selects every other gear and keeps it in fine, however when selecting 5th it will select, but after a random amount of time, (1-30 seconds) it will pop back out into neutral. I believe the box is a T5z as it’s a 5 speed in a BAMK2. From my research I believe it could either be a detent possibly, although I’ve also be told it could be the clutch or worse, 5th gear has gone boom. Has anyone else been faced with this issue and solved?
