Nulon G70 tube with Castrol SAF-XA is what I run in my diff, it's an LSD out of an EF XR6 wagon.

Castrol SAF-XA is the fluid recomended by ford, I've got a list of the ones recomended by other oil producers upstairs I'll go and get it.

Ok, the list is:

Castrol SAF-XA (Part number 118973 for the 1 litre bottle I believe).
Mobil SHC ID.
Penzoil GPS 80W-140 (Part number is PZ1055 I believe, unsure of size).
Penrite 10 Tenths Synthetic 80W-140.
Valvolne SYN 75W-140.

I got those from looking up in the various manufacturers application books.

It takes 1.6L's of fluid.

I believe it's fully synthetic.

And as I said above I chuck in a tube of Nulon G70, that stuff is magic! :-)

O, and as for which is the best, I have no f**k idea, sorry, but I'm running the Castrol SAF-XA with no problems, and it was Ford recomend.

Nulon stuff is like $9.99 for the tube.
The oil was pretty exy as far as gear/diff oils go, reason being that it's full synthetic (I'm pretty sure it is).

Might try changing oil again and adding that Nulon stuff see how it goes...
