i have lows rear and supa lows front and i run monroe all round but if i did it again i would use KYB shocks as they feel more sportier in my mates car

Monroe are only ok if you go no lower than lows in springs as anything lower you will need a shortened shock for greater suspension travel. Monroe do not make a shortened shock/strut.

mate i know what your saying but it feels good and i have about 2 inches of travel any more and i would hit the tyre on full lock

Monroe GT's work very well with superlows (and are a very popular combination). Best value for money setup IMHO.

It depends how much money you are willing to spend Jarrod.
I suggest having a chat with the guys are Wholesale Suspension in Penrith ... they will be able to offer a solution to your needs/budget. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need ... service is excellent ... and their wheel alignment guy does a top job as well.

I've got super super low's and koni adjustables and i find it rides great.
It's a bit stiff, but theres bugger all body roll the car does whatever i want it to. |

i had monroe sensatrac's in my EF with superlows, handled well, and was a nice ride.

A while back i spoke to a rep at monroe and it was explained to me that the range of GT Gas and Sensatrac shocks are able to handle a further 30 mm of travel from standard height (eg. XR height or lows) alot may find it feels stiff and with no body roll on superlows this may be because they are actually running close if not on the bump stops and may find it harder in a fairmont ghia. Im running Ultima shortened shocks.
