HI yeah i want to change my 4 speed auto in my 95 EF Futura wagon IL6 to 6 speed manual out of a BA/BF is it possable besides the normal things that i would have to do to chage an auto to man.
like would i have to get a costom bell housing or are the transmissions just too different

not doable. Get on to mal woods i think, or pm xr8chic. She got a T56 put in her ED.

hows it not doable if you said that people have done it before??? the only problem i can think of atm is the size diffrence between the btr and the t56

glenn means a bf 6spd wont fit but mal woods does a 6spd for eseries cars

it is doable.
Rollin is putting one in his car at the moment, his biggest trouble so far is getting a speedo sensor organised. otherwise it all fits in. A lot of stuffing around tho, and very expensive. you need to convert to a hydraulic setup which can be done. http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=89194 have a look through the thread and see what he has done to fit it in. If you can think of a way to get some sort of speedo unit working in the car, then yes it is possible by all means.
