HI yeah i want to change my 4 speed auto in my 95 EF Futura wagon IL6 to 6 speed manual out of a BA/BF is it possable besides the normal things that i would have to do to chage an auto to man.
like would i have to get a costom bell housing or are the transmissions just too different

your looking at around 8k for a 6 speed kit.

if your not going to be pulling big HP (turbo or blown setup over 210-220rwkw) just go for the 5 speed.

Thank everyone who replyed yeah sorry that i posted this in the wrong section first my bad and as for the change to 5 speed in stead of a 6 speed wot price difference is there. would there be much performance difference betwwen the two and is it worth it

just go the 5 speed... WAYYY cheaper

price different between 5 and 6 speed.

5 speed < 1000 if you try.

6 speed > 3000? without trying

yeah 5 speed is cheaper, 6 speed is dearer but is a lot stronger.

I have seen some totalled BF's at the auctions for about $4k... You then get loads of other goodies to go with it!

autos tho I am thinking hey?
There aren't a hell of a lot of manual falcons available thats for sure.

Its not simple like that. A B series transmission won't fit in an E series. They don't even fit AU's.

If you want a 6 speed go to mal woods
