Please help, about to buy brembos 4 potters...just need to know will they fit a BF XR8 2006 18" factory mag. Some are saying yes and some are saying possibly not. If someone could give me an answer, that would be tops. Cheers

I believe no, you will need 19" rims.

the territory F6X had Brembo calipers and 18" wheels so I see no problem.

from memory the only factory 18s that fit brembos are ba1 xr rims, (flat 5 spoke design with a line at the end of each spoke) and the 5 spoke f6x rims. the f6x rims are horrible looking bits of kit too.

All AU's with Brembo brakes use 18" wheels and I have seen the same wheels I have on my car on a BA with Brembo's. Mine are the FG Turbo wheels 18".

papa smurf is there any difference in size between b and f series brembos? im looking for a spare rim to suit brembos on my fg. according to other car forums im part of, there isnt many factory ford non fpv 18 inch rims that fit. however if the fg turbo rims fit over ba brembos, should it also fit over fg brembos? they seem to be alot easier to source than fpv single rims...

I could not see why not. I have 322mm fronts and 328mm rear on my AU and there is enough room I believe to fit 355mm discs and the Brembo calipers.

The FG calipers will fit AUII onwards, the only difference is that you must put the R/H onto the Left side and vice versa. Like I said, I saw a BA with 18" and 6pot brembos.
