trust me don't do that, they make a loud clunk when you go from limit in neutral to first gear but they light up pretty quick. somehow the gearbox is still alive from doing it. just to add, i haven't done it because its not my car and doesn't sound good for it, its my mate who does it to his thrasher.

Id recomend 3.9 gears fo sho, a few trans places i spoke with advised me my car would be s**t around town driving and drink juice with a 3000 stally..

They recomend matching it to the cam..

3.9 gears should bypass that spongy part of the rev range anyway...

Ease up turbo.

If you go to a trans shop with no intention to buy and ask for there opinion how can they sell you anything.
If you lead them on acting like you want to buy what they have of course they will sell you whatever they have.

And sorry I didn't know that for didn't make a svo v8. Simply because svo's arnt that impressive so I don't care...

I have a 2800 stall - Supposed to be up to 3000 but 3000 stall can't be achieved with std housing

13.3 litres per 100 klms - basically no highway driving - And my car ain't stock

I have purchased a 3500 Elimanator Hi Stall which has a smaller housing from Dominator and will fit that soon

Are you saying that your car is worthy of WILD plates while most others are not as worthy because they arent as highly modified as yours? :?

lol

You should still go manual and stop being a C**k.

Pic of my car for internet warz sake. Stock plates.

don't be so C**k dude! Just remeber, most of boostedfalcon is on here..... Those who are know what your reception was like there!!!!!! Also, for best stall speed - find revs of peak torque at flywheel, the subtract 500rpm

This post was pure PWNAGE

AND for those of you who don't know what PWNAGE is

Quote:
verb: A term used to express one's act or state of elite preformance. Pwnage stems from the word "pwn" which is a typographical error of the word "own". The "p" replaces the "o" because during the frenzy of gaming, the player has no time to correct any spelling mistakes. This word is traditionally used by experienced videogamers, "leet" speakers and others involved in computer minded social or work groups.
"I played Halo 2 online today. I had 24 cosecutive kills... it was pownage like never before"

i think anything bigger than 2500 in a 6cyl is pretty stupid. the stroke size on the straight 6's are massive they dont rev fast enough. even with a decent size cam, 3000rpm is overkill. and unless your running low diff gears (3.7,3.9 or 4.11's) your defeating the purpose of putting a stall in. it will fight to launch.
