Just wondering if anyone has or has had BOGE shocks fitted to there E series?
Got a quote from a suspension place today any they said how good they are compared with Monroe GT Gas. Would this be correct? Only $10 more per strut than Monroe GT.... Thanx |

Apparently they are OEM for many expensive european cars. (BMW, Porsche, Saab, Merc)
No personal experience, but I've only heard good things.

if it only $10 more go for it.

Cruiser, i will be fitting these this week. They are new, and BOGE had a EL test mule running around with them. Recently spoke to Steve Shepard (of rally fame), who helped boge design them, and he runs a el, with BOGE all round.. He said it handles like a dream.
I cant wait. |

Just fitted them yesterday. WOW is all i can say.
The EL handles faultlessly. I have boge's all round, with king superlows, the ride hight is excellent, and the handling is like nothing i have had before. FAR better then monroe gas shocks. |

Do the front shocks have the lower seat position i think its called? As king superlows usually leave the front about 1" higher than the back.....Also how much was it for all 4 and where did u get it done if you dont mind me asking?

Yup, I found the shovel and dug this poor old thread up..
I'm just about decided on these shocks to go with Kings Super Low coils with my EA. I have some good contacts in QLD and can get these at wholesale through GSA in Brisbane at a bloody good price. My question is that I want to kno is there ANYONE running this EXACT setup in an EA-ED, and is it just as good as the EF/EL's as mentioned - I assume so, but just want to see who else has them out there? |

Seriously do people google "f**k up modifications for Fords owned by Jews" and get linked straight to this site nowadays? AU,factory fitted tickford kit/IRS, t5,Sports ryder/KYB: gone. |

I will see if they can do a deal for you, or forum members. There's a good chance as I am getting them some more business. Will keep the team posted. |
