lookin at changin my brake fluid anyone had any experience or use with
Penrite 600 racing fluid???

I havent but a word of warning make sure the brake fluid you use is not going to harm the seals that are in your car. Some fluids may not be compatible.

Don't bother with penrite 600, not worth the $$. To change over the fluid you will need to drain and thoroughly flush the entire brake circuit front and rear, otherwise the 2 different fluid types will work against eachother and break each other doan thereby oxidising the entire braking system.. trust me, not something you want to see.

A better and cheaper option than Penrite 600 is to go to a motorbike shop and get 2 bottles of Motul 5.1 fluid, this is a race fluid with a very good boil point, (thats the only reason you would run a race fluid anyway) and its about 17.50 a bottle.. a pretty good price. you will still need to flush the system and blead it all in but its a damn good fluid, I race on circuits prett regularly, I run EBC greens and Motul 5.1 with a set of braided lines and have no fade issues, the pedal can get a bit long after a few very heavy applications but still brakes very confidently with out issues, and it cools down very quickly to, I have had pads on fire, rotors turn purple with heat, glow red at night time, and it still pulls up awesome. Alot of people think the ford brake system is crap, its just underpadded, decent fluid pads and (optional) lines and it pulls up exceptionally well.

If this set up works on the track, I can't think where you would be driving any harder than that.

Some fluids are also not compatible with others, so if the seals are ok, the old fluid will likely need to be completely removed first.

Race fluids use a different base (silicone?) to standard fluids & mixing them is far from reccomended.

the situation is this! currently i have dba x-drilled and sloted all round with bendix ultimates.... my front pads are stufed now so ive decided to go with ebc greenstuff now cause ive gone through 2 sets off ultimates in like a year and a half!!! plus the f**k dust gives me the s**t!!!! ive decided to order the braided lines from the site sponsor and he is giving a bottle off the penrite 600 brake fluid plus free freight..... also if i do a full brake fluid flush will the penrite oil be good then???

Best get it from the horses mouth I reckon. Ask the supplier about the compatibility & whatever else they reccommend you do to use it.
