you can get brake upgrades fo e series from racebrakes, but be prepaired to pay around $2200.. otherwise all you can do is go with some slotted rotors and h/d brake pads...

I have my upc kit if your interested 330mm slotted rotors cant use anything under 17inch rim. $1000

I am running Au with a spacer as I already had the AU rims but the upc guy said you should be able to still run standard rims. I have never tried tho

I have had excellent results on my EF with QFM HPX pads and DBA grooved rotors all round. If you are on a budget, you won't lose much by not having grooved rotors on the back.
And do replace your fluid with the best you can afford. Look for the highest wet boiling point - 300 degrees or more is good. Castrol SRF is the duck's guts, but pricey. Motul RBF600 synthetic or equivalent is good value (312 deg wet boiling point). And you will probably find that some "own brand" hi performance brake fluid is actual a Motul RBF600 bottle with a different label and lower price.
