This is the one I used with my QFM pads, and it worked great:
http://www.dba.com.au/tech-article-t017 ... in-street/ The key (so we are told) is to not come to a complete stop in the bed-in process, to prevent uneven transfer of pad material to the rotor.

depends what pads you are using. Bendix don't need bedding in, nor do Repco pads
