Get a wheel alignment check done. Sounds more like steering components to me.

Yes wheel alignment can cause it and may find a problem with the suspension components being worn. Road camber and ruts can also cause it at slower speeds especially under braking as the wheels pull back under braking giving it toe out and negative castor.

check suspension first,
but if it turns out to be your disks, dont mechine them it sucks, i had it done and a month later put dba's on. you could always see this as an excuse for a mod "oh no its broken, better upgrade " |

before you do that i would re grease the slides as they are common for sticking on e series falcons and that could be why your car is pulling. it happened on my eb. also if the slides are really dry you will probably notice that the pads on one side are worn more than the other.
