what sort of power are people getting from factory LSD in E series, without having to go to a KAAZ set up? 300RWKW acheivable?

Sure it is, depends on how you treat it though. Donuts/figure 8s kills LSDs.

What is the washer trick Phill?

Are you looking at a full spool or a lock right system for the locker mate?

I'm guessing he means shimming to increase the preload?

it's not even just hoops that kills them, if you get the tyres spinning in a straightline and then start cutting they will hold ALOT (no guarantees) of the time.
once the cones are locked together, if they start slipping they are well f**k already anyway (and will now be even more so LOL)
it's trying to get the cones to 'lock' when there is decent traction/speed difference between wheels that will get them unstuck.
don't try and hang it out around corners and they generally live alot longer.

good example of this is my tornado.
singles trying to hang out around corners, singles at drags when kunts with open diffs drag water up one side and lay rubber with the other, yet get on the brake, grab second, run amok and it hangs tight.

yeah like skidder said it just preloads the centre, mine was a locker on grass. Its still fairly tight now but is its getting lazy.Im putting a lock right type in as i had that style in a patrol and was very happy with them, its only a small clicking sound when you do u-turns i can live with that...
