Its an falcon au 1 automatic, is this what the going rate is? because i called a ford wrecker and they will swap over second hand auto with 6 month warrenty for 640.

what should i do? my current auto has done 220000km

thanks in advance for the advice.

Try getting in touch with a trans shop - they should be able to replace the wiring loom as part of a trans service ($140-$200?). All you need to do is get the loom.
