Yes, the C10F was a replacement for the FMX.

C4, C9 etc are basically the same box that have the same band adjustments.
Front band - up tight, then back off 1 1/2 turns. Rear band - up tight, then back off 2 1/2 turns. If it is the box thats fitted to the last of the XE V8's (It is called a C10) It has a fine thread on the front band adjuster - Back off 3 turns for the front band adjustment. |

thanks for that,definatly is a C10, just wanting to confirm the info i have, ** have tools including inch/Lb tension wrench**
