Does anyone know if the EL GT calipers can be changed out for something bigger?

not a 'straight swap' for anything that i know of, you'd more then likely need a new caliper bracket.
buuuuuut, if the stub axle has already been modified for the EL GT brakes (or its an EL GT stub axle..) that's most of the hard work done.

yeah i should probably qualify that a bit, now that i've put a bit more thought in, there would still be a alot of work in fitting a 4 pot caliper.
the stub axle modification is a large portion of the cost involved with every E-Series brake upgrade, so it might be worth firing off an email/phonecall to RaceBrakes in Melbourne (not Race Brakes Sydney) to see if they do a 4 pot caliper upgrade that you can retain your EL GT stub axles?

I know you can fit a willwood caliper but need knew kindy plate made up which isent very hard and also knew braided lines to suit.
To get the willwood ADR approved they need to get some sleeve or something inserted in them to be legal but honestly EL GT brakes pull up really well so dont waste ur time and money.

Yeah, was just looking to see if there are any bolt-on options. The GTs are going to be a nuge improvement over stock, I'm sure. I'll be sticking with them for a while.

Race Brakes in Sydney have a kit for the NON EL GT to use the AU II front calipers and the standard GT Rotors, might be worth contacting them and ask your question?

Cheers Papa Smurf, but I already have the EL GT uprights and calipers on my car. What legt has there is exactly what I'm looking for, just at this point in time the budget doesn't allow for it.
