Just wondering what would be the cause of this? Everytime i let the clutch go, i get a slight clunk which u can hear and feel throughout the car, I can never get smooth gear changes unless i let the clutch go stupidly slowly.
its got a brand new pbr clutch kit, and its in a ed xr6 t5 which is home in an ef ghia. Was this the cause of wrong installation? |

all depends on where the clunk is coming from. gearbox, diff, etc

as stated diff, check sliding yoke and white metal bearing in box extension, then both uni joints for play.see if balance weights are still on the tailshaft and the shafts not bent.

its coming from the gearbox area, almost directly under the gear stick a little more closer to the engine..clunks when im creeping forward up my driveway and i put the clutch in aswell as when taking off and changing gears when letting the clutch out
