Front or back? Front is simply take off brake fluid reservour cap and apply copious amounts of pressure to slowly push the piston back into position. Back you have to screw them back in (EA's were like this so I think EB's would be too). This has to do with the way they have setup the handbrake and auto adjusting, etc.

If the fronts are stuck, which can happen if you have let the brakes run way down (metal to metal), then you may have to take the brake caliper off the car completely. Once out of the car you simply put a block of wood on/in the piston and slowly, carefully tap the piston back in. You will get brake fluid spraying everywhere so be careful. Now put it back together and bleed the brakes.

If you don't need to remove the caliper lines then you will not need to bleed the brakes. But it is always a good idea to change the fluid when you change the pads as brake fluid is hydroscopic and does go bad.
