How low are you goin, sports low or super low cause if you go too low with standard shocks you'll be pulling them out very shortly due to f******g them up.

Have a search around mate in the forums as someone would have put them up for sure.
There are also ford manuals you can download from this ite which will cover how to change them over.

The rears are very straight forward but make sure you are very careful with the fronts, cause if you undo the top nut without spring compressors be prepared to get a nasty whack from the release of tension holding the spring onto the strut.

You can get to the rears shockers by removing the small part of the back seat near each rear door. They just pull off as they are just clipped in.

Hope that gives you some direction.
If in doubt ask.

Cheers Joel

Step 1.

Drive your car to an auto shop.

Step 2.

BUY A WORKSHOP MANUAL!!!!!!!

Step 3.

Read the Workshop Manual.

Step 4.

Get under your car and get to work.

We are not going to type up a couple of pages telling you how to do anything when the experts have already done it.

I learnt how to do all of my mods, by doing a bit of reading, 'Gregorys' for me, and then getting grubby having a go.

Good Luck

Cheers

On an added note from what everyone else has mentioned, If you haven't already got them on your car I'd recommend a camber caster kit as this will allow you to get perfect alignment of your front wheels.

the backs are straight forward as mentioned before, if your using standard shocks dont go lower than "low" springs (xr height) because 1 it will be uncomfortable to drive and 2 the shocks will eventually fail from bottoming out
