It takes about 15 minutes per wheel to change the pads.

1. remove wheel
2. undo 2 bolts holding in the caliper
3. slide caliper off the disk
4. remove old pads
5. remove master cylinder lid
6. compress caliper piston
7. replace new pads
8. Slide caliper back on to disk
9. replace and tighten caliper bolts
10. replace master cylinder lid
11. replace wheel
12. seriously check that you've replaced the master cylinder lid

Something else you should keep an eye on is, when you push the caliper piston back into its bore, don't let the master cylinder overflow. Keep an eye on the level and take out some brake fluid if you need to. A large syringe is perfect for the job, and cheap to buy.

Don't let the brake fluid contact your paint, it will damage it very quickly.

i think from memory you can undo just the 1 top bolt and hinge the caliper back. not sure if its the front or rear that can be done.

to press the piston back into the caliper leave the old pad on and use a G clamp, also as said above keep an eye on the fluid level.

rear pads are s**t easy to do. only need to undo one bolt.
front ones in my experience can be a difficulty as one of the bolts on the caliper is damn near impossible to remove but you can still get the pads in with some stuffing aound. on the other hand if you can get both bolts off it will be very simple to do

easy as pie to do, but sometimes the caliper jams. Mine did this and it took about 4 hours to remove the sleeve and then polish it and regrease it. Might be worthwhile getting the disc machined while u r at it. Cost me 20 per disc when i did mine

also check that the cylinder thingy the bolt goes thru are free and not jammed, if they are hard to move take em out clean em with petrol and a rag and put some rubber grease on, abt $10 for a tube.
