There is a plug on the drivers side of the transmission roughly behind the cat convertor. Undo this and oil should run out, if not, top up till it does and refit the plug. Oil should be nice and pink, if it is dark brown or even black, get you trans flushed and serviced.

the oil level should be level with the bottom of the hole when you remove the filler bolt.
usually a little will come out when the bolt is removed if the box is full.. |

The correct oil level equeals the bottom of the plug hole on a level surface. When oil trickles out of the hole it means that the level is right. Same system is used on manual gearboxes and diffs for years.

Yes I got my pump from auto one. 30 ish $
Handy for doing ur diff aswell. Comes with a clear plastic tube about 60cm long. So yes dump the oil in a short pan/ bucket . Tighten bolt back on. Then refill the upper bolt hole using your pump. It takes a while as u have to keep refilling the pump several times as it only holds a certain amount. When it oozes back out of the upper hole stop, tighten bolt back on. Then do a lil experiment. Measure the old fluid against what's been used out of your new bottles. That will determine if you have been driving around with ur tranny a lil low or not. Well that's what I would do.. Did this with my diff recently.

Have u ever had it serviced at a mechanics?
You should change the filter aswell. I'm guessing ur model would have a filter like mine. This requires lots of bolts to drop the oil pan. Haha good luck
