I need to get a clutch for an EF, clutch cable, spig bearing and the hook for the cable. Would i be better off getting these from ford? or is there a cheaper way to source these parts? ie, aftermarket parts, supercheap? moparts?
I've never had to buy clutch and or anything to do with a manual unless its on a motorbike! so im a bit of a noob Not too much of a deal but wouldnt mind saving a few bucks! Thanks! Ps. Put my manual pedal box in yesterday. Did i say never again? that was hell. The dude reinforced it all for me so it should be sweet T5 going in on Saturday! woo!

Hightek Brakes (site sponsor) can help you out.
Sunbury Brakes have good prices on valeo clutch kits. I personally use PBR' kits. The last XR PBR kit cost iirc $245. From ford get: Dampener Spigot bearing (genuine is good) All hardware stuff I use East Coast (Ringwood) autobarn/supercheap are just rice.
