hey guys, the manual converstion kit i baught didn't come with clutch bolts, it's a 6 bolt clutch so i was going to go to mcginns and get 6 high tensile bolts for it, is there anything i should be aware of when i buy these?
while i'm doing the converstion i am also going to drop my diff oil and replace it just to be safe Cheers Mitch |

when i did mine i was surprised that they were actually cheap to get from ford and they also locate the pressure plate, mine was the eb1 3 bolt though.

ford in mackay asked 50 bucks for 3 when my brother did his and they ended up ordering crank bolts so i'd prefeer it if i knew the bolts were going to be here when i need them and will fit it

If you realy want to, you could use Allen socket cap screws....need to use good quality spring washers too.
I used CAT bolts, they are grade 10.9. By the way, 8.8 is equivalent to a Grade 5 imp. bolt.....10.9 is equiv. to Grade 8.
