Looks like this... part on the right. Bolts to front of main gearbox casing.  In regards to price - was about $200 trade - expect retail to be higher. That's for the retainer only, the bearing kit in the pic, well don't even ask, they are bloody expensive, even trade price! Spigot bearing - get it from CBC bearings, or repco. Bugger paying ford's inflated price! Cluck fork washer - is just a steel plate with a hole in it, Genuine parts only or make your own! Cheers ToranaGuy

LEGEND... thanks mate. i went to Burson's today and got a torque wrench/universal clutch alignment kit (which btw, VERY cheap compared to other places i've been lately), and had a good chat to the sales guy there. He helped my put all the pieces together that were confusing me.
so tomorrow im ordering the spigot bearing and the clutch fork/or clutch fork washer and will pick it up late tomorrow arvo... so all on track... just gotta make sure i can DEFINETELY make it to the machinist on friday afternoon in peak hour traffic :s otherwise everything will just FALL APART. so if anyone out there knows somewhere close to WOOLOOWIN in Brisbane that i can book in a flywheel machining PLEASE help me out. At the moment i have got the details of a place in Capalaba, but its just toooooooo far away. i dont want to risk it in the traffic. but yeah getting back to the point, thanks Torana Guy for the help  suggesting Burson's was such a huge heap.

Np mate, but I suggested Repco & CBC bearings, other's suggested Bursons. They should get the credit for that!
The pic I posted up is of recently acquired bits to do a full rebuild on my T5 in the Eb Ghia, syncro rings arrived early last week (ex usa), hoping to get the box done soon. I miss rollin in leather comfort! Cheers ToranaGuy

Any brake place should be able to do your flywheel. If they can machine rotors they can machine flywheels. There should be a few close to you. Give them a call.

Big dilemma now... No transport to get the flywheel to the machinist
 so clutch change is off for this weekend at least.But this does give me some more time to invest in other bearings etc. Have spigot bearing waiting for me to pick up, still considering the retaining bearing, and now a real question for you two... Though don't feel you have to, I know this must be vaguely annoying for the both of you. But I'll ask the question anyway, is it worth doing a conversion from cable to hydraulic? Any help would be appreciated (cost, DIY difficulty, value for money, etc).

Torriedude, werent you looking at the idea of going hydraulic in the ghia? Its also quite an expensive and fiddly conversion. Check out some dohc engine conversion threads as you usually have to change to a hydraulic clutch setup when doing the swap. Actually, check out BenJ's build thread as i think there was some info in that about what he was looking to do with his DOHC engine conversion. Now, in the positives; No more clutch cables, No more heavy left pedal, No more sore left leg after 20 minutes in traffic. Just remember you will need a master and slave cylinder to operate the hydraulics. So the amount of room required must be assessed. Cheers Sam

Yeah I'm looking at it, but no funds to do anything atm. I seen the Mal Wood kit and for that price, I think it's a little too expensive. I reckon I can make a setup for less than half that. I have an idea on a master & slave cyl to use, but need to get my hands on some to play with. That requires money I can't spend on "wish list" items like this atm.

my word of advice, stay away from PBR clutch's, they are F**k s**t. they were good years ago untill they changed hands but with all the storys iv heard from people installed PBR clutch's i stay away from em. when i did the manual conversion in my XF ute i used an exedy clutch and iv never had problems since
