Can anyone tell me if this will bolt up to my EF xr6?

It will fit if you ditch the EF flywheel for the old style.

im not 100%
buut EBII on had a 6bolt flywheel.. anything before that only had 3? |

Yes that is the old 3 bolt style (only 3 bolts to hold the pressure plate on the flywheel). On the Eb2 onwards they went to a 6 bolt + 3 dowel style.

I wouldn't bother with it. Use a 6 bolt clutch pressure plate, the housings don't distort as much as the 3 bolt turn out. I have a PBR RPM clutch in my 88EA and it doesn't slip, but I'm not makin 300HP either. But they are OK for the money.

dont the crossflow flywheel have smaller bolt holes than 4.0l

Crossflow have bigger flywheel bolts than e-series.
7/16 UNF, same as clevo, and 350 chev.
