ok just did a monster burnout on a mates driveway. thing is the car smells horribly of clutch. my passenger reckons the clutch is dieing, and made me do that test where you let the clutch out in 4th gear and if it doesnt stall halfway out its dead. well it stalled almost all the way out. any quick tests to see if my clutch is dead guys and girls?

Kezz

Rev limiter, 2nd gear, dump clutch. See if it slips :)

Well see if it does a massive burnout, or if the revs flare up but the wheels don't do much.
But on the other hand it might just bog down if you have too much traction, which is a good sign for the clutch.

if the clutch picks up high on the pedal ( far away from the floor) theres a god chance its stuffed, load it up a bit coming up a hill and if it starts to slip its gone :?
