Well horses for courses man, but what do 99% of race cars from any motorsport, winning or losing use? Coilovers.

At the end of the day, its what you choose to believe/do to your ride.

All you have to do is RESEARCH your decisions.

Speaking generally though, if someone has the dosh and really wants to learn about suspension, then adjustable suspension is a great canvas. Say threaded bodies, and externally adjustable bump and rebound damping.

Then the questions arise. What spring rates front and rear? Linear or progressive coils? What compression damping front and rear? What extension damping front and rear? Progressive, linear or digressive damping? What height front and rear? How do i actually get the height i want?

What affects what, and how do i fix this or that particular issue? My car is modified in this way, how should i adjust for that? Where can i find out how to work all this out? Am i scientific enough to make progress by experimentation and logic, or will it just be a string of headaches?
