Does anyone know how much AutoTrans Fluid is needed to do a full transmission flush with new ATF on Ford AUII?

i would allow yourself 20 litres

I had a look under the car and seen this.

Looks like rear seal is stuffed.

Is the seal easy to come off, any special tool required and do I need to have I done on a hoist?
