Ok went to service the missus car for the first time from whence we brought in November. I got under neath and noticed that the rear of the engine frame is fkn bent in middle and the sump is slightly bent but not damaged or peiced etc.

I drove down to my mechanic friend and asked if it would hinder a pinkslip and he said "I wouldn't nock it back" so  in that respect but. should this be something I would want to get fixed or replaces?

I highly doubt that the missus or myself did this. But it begs the question. What did the previous owner do?
