Hay guys is this a decent price for springs?

I have an au2 forte so im guessing its live axel?

It will have a t3 kit on a 19" wheels but im wondering will it be too low like will i wipe my car out on everything or will it even be legal?

Iv done bit of a search of other threads but just wondering with this combo how well it will go.
