Hi everyone i have a real loud grinding noise coming from the diff
When clutch is engaged but when in neutral the grinding noise stops.
Its coming from the rear left side. Does anyone know what the problem might be.

Jack the car up and see if you can wobble the rear wheels at all. If so then its the wheel bearings.

Drain the oil out of the diff and look for metal bits. If you find any then your diff is rooted
