the lsd in my xr is whining pretty bad(can even hear it over the stereo),havent had a chance to take it to the mechanic to get checked but im assuming its gonna be stuffed,what would be cheaper putting in a lsd out of a ed,ef,el xr or rebuilding this one?

second hand, there's always a few getting around cheap enough, but you run the risk it may be worn out too or you might find one that will last you for years

of course, but you may end up spending $1000+ to have it fully recoed, ring some local diff joints and get a quote
