Hey just wondering what diff ratio and transmission everybody is running and what RPM at 100 - 110km/h you read?

I have a 5.0L auto Fairlane with a 3.27 LSD and thinking about converting to a 3.45 LSD for quicker acceleration, but don't want to loose high way economy at 100km/h.

Also thinking about converting to 5 speed manual so curious to see the difference between RPM between the two.

Hey there i changed the diff in my NF 5.0l from 3.23's to 3.45's and the revs only went up about 200 or so hardly notice but accelleration is much better as the auto's have a crappy 1st gear ratio.

If you convert to manual get the 3.45s. If you stay auto 3.7s would be the go IMO
