I bought a forte with parts to be changed (upper and lower ball joints and steering arm, basically the whole front end worth of parts) however I'm wondering if I can use them on my AU ute of the same year.

The front end is the same as far as parts go, as long as they are both after march 2000.
The front end for the most part is the same as the BA/BF also.
