Make sure you use a top brand high temp bearing grease and pack them well. Some people still put the s**t clay based grease in which is a very cheap alternative and is only put in new cars/trucks because it lowers costs.
I would go Castrol ATX grease i believe thats the name of the grease. Cheers Joel

cheers mate, for the moment im getting a mobile disc machiner to come out today and said if the disc is machinable he can do the front two for $80, which will have to do for now. At least that way he can tell me if the disc is too far gone to fix or whether he can machine it agen, then just to put the new pads on hopefully.
ill let you guys know how i go with it, should know in a couple hours |

ive been useing an old can of ampol grease it's about 15yrs old, have to mix it around when it's been sitting it gets a little oily ontop but has been an awsome grease in all my cars. just make sure the cavity in the hub has been filled and not just the bearings.

You will need to replace them in pairs, as you will need to machine them both if they are OK to machine. Must be same thickness and there is a min. thickness.

honestlt when they are needed to be machines again id just go buy a new set of rotors will be better in the long run. when i had the discs on my datsun machined they wer machined down to there minimum and they got all warped so i just converted them over to commodore 5stud front and rear with new discs. made a hell of a difference.
