Yep, AFAIK.
Long as it ain't an 8, they have different front springs to the 6's.

Im pretty sure they are slightly different. When I had my old NA fairlane, I fitted pedders low springs, which came from an ef fairmont. The fairlane looked like it had super lows in it (those of you from melb could probably vouch for this). I also had issues of the tail shaft hitting the floor pan under hard acceleration (gotta love a manual lwb). However, I now have the same springs in the el, and it sits about 30mm lower than standard.

Warning... never cut down coils. Period, it wrecks every thing from ride to handling, maybe when you need it most.

You talking the fronts or rears on these springs?

The NA Fairlane as with my NC are fitted arent they with self leveling rear air suspension ?

If that is the case with all NA's then the rear Fairlane springs will be way softer than the Falcon.

I recently had the SLRS in my NC Fairlane replaced with conventional coils and shocks out of an EA. It was a direct swap and works perfect and bonus... the car sits level and ride is the same, no different.

One of the rear coils is 1" longer than the other it goes on the passengers side.
