Well done Harley, did my post on the researched springs persuade you to try these springs? Anyways another happy customer that has taken the plunge and steered away from the big name mainsteam springs. I look forward to some pics and they are a lot nicer ride.

I will post some pics soon, hadnt read your post joolz til after i had ordered my dobinsons but was pleased to read it,as for body roll it seems like a stock xr6 feel quite firm,as i said before ive had most other springs on other vehicles and was very reluctant to go down that road again because of the ride harshness i didnt know there where springs this comfortable on the market.I wouldnt hesitate to use these springs again on future projects.

Hey Harley,
did you use your stock shocks or shortened ones, and is it an EL you fitted them to.
really considering these dobinson springs, from whats been said, just dont know weather to go lows or superlows.

i would want to go super lows but not sure how low that would go :S and practicality is what i look for so might stick with what ive got until its dead.

though once u get the images up and i get to see it then i think everyone would make a decision

Phong i've got super lows on my 96 Mont and it sits nicely. Its not stupid low but it would look neat as if it was just a fraction lower. Its really practical...I can go up drive ways and speed bumps no worries. Thats with an after market Zaust (tucked up). I think you would regret going lows over super lows.

cheers, Nathan

hmmm...i shall see.....though mark u didn't see my car full load with the boot and rear seats packed...the guard fell below the tyre which makes my car not legal.....from where the exhaust hangs...but i shall get back on this topic once i get the extractors.

Phongus i went lows in the dobinsons, i did a thread on them (Dobinson springs-Researched) Super lows will be fine but i would go with shortened shocks. I got the springs from Online performance autos for $230 front and rear. They also stock shortened Ultima shocks (rears $150) pedders wanted $200 plus and another place wanted $180 for Monroe GT's which they dont even make shortened shocks! i put a set of Ultima's in my mates EA and they apppear to be good shocks but im not sure what the fronts cost.
