Im in the market for a new clutch too, been running a standard exedy and its been in there about 6 months, crap in my opinion. was going to go with a HD exedy. from what i have read they sound ok.
You guys will know though, do they take a beating? i.e skids flat changes etc, im quite hard on my car... What would be the best. N/A 6 with the usual mods.

Skids, Drags, etc, it cops the lot.

The Exedy HD should be good for that. Get the cushion button, that'll hold and won't be too on - off. How much will you be looking to buy one of these, do you know?

Button refers to the parts on the clutch plate that have the grippy bits. (for lack of a better description).
These are referred to as buttons.  This is a 6 button clutch. I hope that helps. Im running a sunbury brakes cussion button clutch i got off ebay and it is great. Really twitchy but light and feels good. Cost me $420 shipped i think? Edit: Oh and be careful around the ceramic/organic clutch business. Ceramic clutches are used for racing predominately and you will more than likely find a ceramic clutch will have almost no friction point when compared to an organic or ceramo/organic compound clutch due to the properties of ceramics. Correct me if i am off the mark slightly...

Got ya mate, Ive always known them as "puk" clutches. Had one in my old car, 5 puk from memory, was a pig of a thing, on or off, gripped awesome though.
