Yes, they are interchangeable from EA to EL. I had an XH ute front sway bar on from the One tonne ute. They are 1mm bigger than the std unit.
You can use the EF/EL outer link kits too, they are heavier than the EA to ED ones, and last longer.

XR's were larger than standard, but only by 1mm, same as posted above.
Spend the $$$ and get the whiteline 30's. Massive improvement.

do you have to change the links when you put the bigger sway bars in? and the D bushes?

I can confirm the NL Concorde has bigger one than an EB XR8.
I also changed the mounting bolts too! |

I have Whiteline sway bars, a 30mm front bar ( Adjustable, set to flat-out), and a 27mm rear bar. I made my own link kits.
It's a really good idea to reinforce the rear outer sway bar mounting points.

Instead of worring about how to upgrade from knowing what they are stock, just go on the fact that whiteline are one of the best. Just get on there website or give them a call it will take 5min and they can tell you anything you need to know including size and price.
