I have a leak from my Transmission housing.

Just wondering if anybody can tell me how much a new Trans is for this model Ford and where is the best place in Victoria to look.

I have been told it is a seal and has to be replaced every 6 months due to a dodgy replacement of the Trans like someone has hyper extended the area where the seal goes but for some reason the seal only lasts 6 months due to this.

So the only conclusion I have is to replace the Trans completely.

Well I am a Noob with cars so any help would be good.

But I love the car.
