eyy every one my gear box in the ea is sliping so its ready to blow i was wondering if ef gear boxes fit in the ea and if i could use one in it

Assuming your car is a 4 speed auto then yes. Have you considered converting to manual ? Now would be the perfect opportunity to do so, you can pick up full conversion kits for around $400 these days.

yeah i wanna do teh manual conversion but just got rims so i dont have enough money i got a ef 4 sp auto so ill just put that in but is tehre ne fin i have to change like the gear box looms or computer??
nice rack there naughtyfalcon lol

mechanic recons the ef tranny wont fit into the ea because the gearbox computer is different r u 100% sure because i dont want to rip it out my mums car then put it in mine for nothing

Ok as you are only 17 I'll ask you dis way is ya fully sik coon a 3 tripper or a 4 gearer runna dudez?

Ok back to english does your gear selector have P, R, N, D, 2, 1. OR P, R, N, D, 3, 2, 1. on it ?
If it's the first one it means you have a 3speed box and the 4speed box wiring loom and computers will need changing.
If it is the second one it'is a straight swap.

if its a 3 speed then no if its a 4 speed then yes.

dude wusssup yeah bruzzz for jizzle dizle its got the 4sp nizzle in it its not smokin billys yet but its on its way to the to teh grave yard
in 38 year old language........ yeah its a 4sp fellas
ok well im driving my car untill the gear box blows then ill change it over
