just the master so long as you know how to bleed the brakes you'll be fine

The o ring in the rear of the mast cyl is leaking most likely. You could change it, but it depends what shape the inside bore is in.

As long as brake fluid hasn't gotten into the booster, you will be able to do just the master.
If it has gotten into the booster and expanded the diaphragm..you will have to rebuild it too. But you would have noticed if your booster was on the way out.

its as easy to remove as your power steering pump was regie no need to remove the dash just un bolt the break lines and the break fail warning plug and un bot it from the booster.
then remember to bleed the breaks, hey wade and troy are good at bleeding breaks lol hint hint. lol
