The abs has sensors on the rotors while none abs doesn't. The lsd as apposed to non lsd has no effect on the brakes

I would say nothing, but......
The diff! There is no disadvantage in fitting an ABS 'equipped' diff into a non abs car. They have the same axle lengths and same rotors. At the worst you'll have a tiny hole on the dust flange around the brake housing where the abs sensor would sit. slap it in!

They will be swapped over tomorrow, when I removed the XR6 diff I noticed wires running along the lower control arm into the brakes would this be the ABS sensor?
