Hi,i recently took out my auto trans from my 1998 AU1 Fairmont and replaced it with an EF2 trans. After we finished the swap i took it for a test drive and realized that it was in limp mode.The EF2 trans when taken from the vehicle was in great shape so the box itself is fine.What i want to know is there something i shouldve changed like,ecu computer,speedo drive sensor/cog (my GPS says 100 kmh car speedo says 100kmh) or anything else i shouldve done ?
